To ensure our guests a safe and comfortable stay, this hotel has established these regulations as set forth below. Please be aware that if a guest fails to abide by these regulations, the hotel may choose not to permit further use by the guest of the hotel room and other facilities in the hotel, additionally, the guest may be held liable for damages suffered by the hotel due to the guest’s default.
- 1. CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
- 1) Guests at 18 years of age or under must be accompanied by a guardian to check-in.
2) Check-in time is 3 p.m and check-out time is 12 noon.
3) For early check-in and late check-out, additional charges will apply as shown hereunder.
Check-in before 3 p.m : Add 20,000 KRW per hour.
Check-out after 12 noon-3 p.m : Add 20,000 KRW per hour.
- 2. ROOM OCCUPANCY
- 1) All rooms are for two adults, but up to three people can use an extra bed.
2) Children up to 12 years stay free of charge with parents if no extra bed is required.
※ For 1 additional adult, 18,150 KRW will be charged.
※ Extra Beds are available on advanced request with an additional charge of 36,300 KRW per night.
※ Extra beds are only available subject to availability, so please contact us when you make a reservation.
- 3. CANCLLATION POLICY
- 1) When canceled on the day before occupancy (before 18:00) : Cancellation is free of charge.
2) When canceled on the day before occupancy (after 18:00) : 100% of the first day accommodation charge per person.
3) When the guests did not arrive the day they were expected : 100% of the first day accommodation charge per person.
※ However, if it is recognized that it is not due to the responsibility of the guest, such as a natural disaster, this hotel will not receive the cancellation charge.
- 4. PET POLICY
- Pets are not allowed in the rooms or in any public area of the hotel.
- 5. HAZARDOUS GOODS and PROHIBITED ITEMS
- 1) Explosives, flammable materials, or items that emit unpleasant odors, or items prohibited on hotel premises by Korean law.
2) You are held responsible for any financial loss or damage incurred to the Hotel, other guests, and employees by possessing.

- 6. DAMAGE to HOTEL PROPERTY
- 1) Please do not use the guest rooms for any purposes other without permission of the hotel.
2) If you want to rearrange the furniture and fittings inside the room, please discuss with front desk.
3) The Hotel’s asset and furnishings cannot be taken out and used for any other purpose.
4) Any damage or loss of hotel facility or fixtures due to guest's mistake will be charged.
5) The Hotel shall not be liable for any accidents caused by guests’ carelessness.
6) The use of electrical appliances for heating or cooking is prohibited.
※ Also smoking is prohibited in all hotel areas, including guest rooms and any type tobacco product including e-cigarette.
- 7. EXCESSIVE NOISE and NUISANCE
- Excessively loud disturbances, parties, exceeding the maximum number of allowed guests, and other disturbances may cause the hotel to demand your exit without any refunds.
- 8. GUEST BEHAVIOUR IN THE HOTEL
- We follow good manners and hotel rules at the hotel. In case of breaking these rules you may be immediately removed from the premises. In such cases you are still obliged to pay for the accommodation and additional services ordered.
- 9. CREDIT CARD
- Guests can use credit cards including American Express, Diners Club, JCB, MasterCard, VISA, and B.C. The hotel cannot accept personal checks and traveler’s check.
- 10. CREDIT CARD PRE-AUTHORIZATION
- To secure your reservation made using a credit card, a security deposit may be prior approved before check-in. If reservation is non-refundable, the security deposit made before checking in will be billed to your credit card.
- 11. ROOM KEYS
- We provide a room key for each guest only after confirming the identity of the person who had filled in the registration card initially. If you lose your room key after check-in, please call front desk immediately.
In case of loss or damage of key card 10,000 KRW will be charged in the room bill.
- 12. VALUABLES
- The safety deposit boxes are available at the room.
The hotel is not responsible for any valuables lost or stolen on the hotel property.
- 13. LUGGAGE and LOST ITEMS
- If the deposited articles remain unclaimed after the expiration of the said one month period, the hotel may deem such article as items the owner has no interest in receiving and may take appropriate measures with respect to such articles.
- 14. HOUSEKEEPING SERVICES
- 1) We provide housekeeping services between 9:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. every day.
2) If a guest presses 'Do not disturb' button of the night table, indicator by the door of the room turns on, a room would not be cleaned.
3) If you want to make it up, please press the 'Make Up' button.
- 15. PARKING
- The Hotel is not responsible for any damage/loss/theft occurred while parked.
1) Free parking for 1 car during stay
2) 1 hour free parking for delicatessen
3) 3 hours free parking for Cafe, Oriental Restaurant
4) 5 hours free parking for buffet restaurant, room karaoke, banquets, fitness club members and sauna
5) Valet fees – 25,000 KRW(payment at front desk)
- 16. HOW TO DEAL WITH FIRE
- 1) UPON ARRIVAL IN YOUR ROOM AFTER CHECKING-IN
Check the location of at least two emergency exits routes on the emergency exit map on the back of the door.
Find the fire alarms and extinguishers in your area.
Check the location of emergency flashlights and descending life line (installed only on 4th – 10th floors) in the room.
2) WHEN YOU FIND A FIRE
First, shout “Fire!” to alert the people and set off the fire alarm.
If possible, close doors around the area to prevent the fire from spreading.
Phone the hotel operator to report the fire and its location.
3) WHEN YOU HEAR THE FIRE ANNOUNCEMENTS
If the door handle is hot, do not open the door.
If you encounter smoke while evacuating a room, get as low as you can and crawl to the nearest emergency exit and refrain from using an elevator.
If exit is unsafe, return to your room. It’s the safest place for you then.
If you are waiting for rescue inside your room, turn the air conditioner off and fill the bathtub with water.
Then wet the sheet with water to completely block the crack in the door. Keep calm, help is on its way.
